PREMADE: Search our SHOP for a Premade e-Cover that suits your genre and budget. When you find the cover you love, you can purchase directly from my shop. If you would rather make a bank transfer you should contact me ASAP to reserve it. You will then be sent a questionaire and an invoice. You have FIVE days to make FULL payment. Rather do this sooner than later, as the sooner we receive your payment, the sooner your cover is done. This usually takes no more than 24 working hours, once payment is cleared. CUSTOM: We will email you a questionaire to complete in fine detail. The more detail we have, the better we can best understand your needs. You return the questionaire. We will check your requirements and send you an invoice. If you accept, we will require proof of a 50% deposit and your go ahead. Once the cover is done, we will email you a low-res watermarked version. You can request further changes and then repeat this acceptance process if necessary for a total of 3 revision rounds. Once you are happy with your cover, you should make the balance of payment. Once this is cleared, you will either receive the final cover via email, or if the file is too big we will provide a download link. File size can grow exponentially in high resolution print-ready colour formats.

PREMADE covers are designed usually for the budget conscious. They may contain open licence images and fonts. Although you will not find another book designed exactly the same, there is a chance that some elements are used elsewhere. You pay for the assimilation of the images/fonts and creative design process. These covers are made in our own time, with no specific book in mind. Premade covers are bought as is, so you may be fortunate to find a cover that works for your story. You can change the Title, Author Name and sub-title/series, if applicable. CUSTOM covers are specifically designed for a storyline/character and/or customer's vision. Images are royalty-free stock images and elements that have been purchased. These are then extensively edited and combined with other images and elements. There is usually other extensive editting to provide a genre specific feel. The process takes much longer, as the buyer has the option to undertake numerous revisions (upto three rounds of revisions), until we reach the final design.

For e-Covers we will supply you with an RGB JPG file that is 1,800x2,700px (6x9in) at 300dpi. For Print Covers, you will require a PDF/A at 300dpi minimum, the colour format must be CMYK and there must be a 'bleed' for the printers. The spine and backcover must also be designed for a complete print cover. With this in mind we can also create a print cover book for you from your eCover design, but there is much more work involved. Please let us know if you will need this in the future as it will help with the transition from eCover to Print.

If you purchase from the SHOP, you will pay via PayPal. If you are a returning buyer we will supply you with an invoice. You may make payment via Bank transfer, Payoneer, PayPal or even Bitcoin. Please send us proof of your payment so that we can commence work on your cover as soon as possible.

Once fully paid for, you will own the cover. We will never supply your cover to another author. PREMADE covers have an open licence which has no limitation or attribution required. We would appreciate the attribution if you feel like sharing the love. CUSTOM design covers contain royalty-free stock under standard licence usage. You will be advised upon first reveal which Stock Licence applies. If you feel this is inadequate for your needs, you will need to purchase an Extended Licence for each photo that was used in the design. This is an extra charge and it is your obligation to tell us if your printing needs will extend over the standard licence quota, so that we can provide the image ID #s that were used in the design.

Yes, although not usual practice, we will gladly send you the PSD or Afphoto file on request. To be in accordance with licencing and copyright restrictions, we will need to flatten the layers before we do so. We cannot distribute a PSD with layers that contain extractable, licenced material (stock images, design elements or fonts from 3rd parties).

You do not need to attribute us for the design, but we would love that you would think of sharing the love.
